Autumn Events
It is good to have had such positive feedback from our autumn events. These have almost come to an end now except that down in Torquay they are having a special Christmas Cookery Outreach Event on 9th December. I believe there are still some tickets available and I’m sure it will be a great evening learning and tasting some delicious Christmas treats cooked by a professional chef as he shares his journey of faith.
Know Your Bible stand at some new events
This autumn we had the opportunity to have a stand at the Radiant 08 conference in Eastbourne and at an Activate conference in Devon. It was so good to be able to share with women about the ministry of Know Your Bible. It has been exciting to learn that we have had 20 new KYB study groups begin in just the last couple of months, some of these as a result of taking part in these events.
New KYB study
Our latest study Peter & Jude is a 9 session study and is now available from our distributors.
KYB studies in Russia
An exciting development has arisen in that more of our KYB studies are now being used by Methodist women in Russia. We’ll have a full article about this in our spring issue of Newslink.
National Conference up north
We think we have found a great venue for our next national conference up in Yorkshire but we’ll keep you updated as we have more details.
